Since for the integration test we have many small tasks I wrote the entire test in one task procedure and discussed it with safety etc., so you don't have to worry about this part. However, before your arrival you should send me the list of people that will work at SXL2. 3) Although we are proceeding well with the preparations I have to ask you to see what happens if the official schedule that you find on the WEB page is shifting by 1-2 weeks. We have ZERO contingency in our planning, which traditionally is problematic. 4) I'd also like to remind you that the time indicated in the schedule for each group is the 'main user' time, which of course doesn't mean that you cannot be there outside this time. One can certainly discuss installation issues (cables, access etc.) in parallel with the others. I would assume that you don't just stay for the 1-2 days indicated in the schedule but a sufficient time around that. 5)I assume that you bring a sufficient amount of cables and patch panel mockups for the test in order to check the installation sequence and also to get a first estimate of the time needed for cabling. We will install quarter of the cable trays (mockups)on the absorber. Best regards Werner Riegler
